Wow this is great I just found your site and seeing the details of your blog, documenting the build, is fascinating. We are a young Danish family in Sandomil just 20km up the N17 from you with a 1.5 hk farm. I was surprised to see a straw bale house being built so near to us, wish we had found your site earlier so we could have come and checked the work out in August last time we were there (planning on returning in April).
